Zoho announced its commitment to the technological development of Costa Rican companies.

For the first time in Costa Rica, Zoholics, the business technology event organized by Zoho Corporation in its most important markets, took place.

International software company, Zoho Corporation, executed its first-ever convention in the Costa Rica Convention Center on May 26th. Zoholics is the brand’s most significant event for its customers, users, and business partners, where the 220 attendees had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with relevant trends in enterprise technology and engage in discussions with global experts. The event also served as a platform to announce new updates and releases in areas such as artificial intelligence, unified communication, small and medium-sized enterprise software, and customer service, among others.

“Costa Rica has been a market where we have experienced significant growth in recent years, primarily supported by our business partners. Now, with the realization of Zoholics, we have found a way to listen to our customers and understand their needs more closely, in order to provide solutions that are more tailored to their reality,” said Raju Vegesna, Zoho’s Chief Evangelist.

“Zoho is clearly committed to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, which have sustained their businesses and achieved growth using many of our tools. This is evident in Costa Rica, where many customers have chosen our solutions, ranging from free versions to more complex ones, as the foundation for their market projection,” commented Vegesna.

At the event, Zoho emphasized its focus on data privacy and the importance it gives to Costa Rican businesses. “We seek to guarantee the privacy and security of our users’ information because we understand that it is a crucial part of any organization’s success. For example, our tools incorporate artificial intelligence that allows for accurate operational reports and offers solutions to business challenges without the need to collect private browsing data,” concluded Zoho’s global spokesperson.

Throughout this year, Zoholics will be held in other Latin American countries, such as Chile, Mexico, and Colombia.
